Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EMBprint. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@emb-prints.com or call us at 410 307-9609 to initiate the return process.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the return form provided with your order.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Processing Time: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different item, please contact us at info@emb-prints.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items
