1. What is DTF gang sheet printing and how does it work?

DTF gang sheet printing allows multiple designs to be arranged on a single sheet and printed together. This method reduces cost per design and is ideal for bulk production. Once printed, the transfers are heat-pressed onto garments such as T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and uniforms.

2. What file types and artwork quality are required for DTF printing?

We accept PNG and PDF files with transparent backgrounds. All artwork must be 300 DPI for optimal DTF print quality. Low-resolution files, rasterized images, or artwork with backgrounds may result in poor print output, and EMBprint is not responsible for print issues caused by incorrect files.

3. Do you review or edit customer artwork before printing?

No. We print exactly what you upload. Customers are responsible for spelling, sizing, alignment, and overall design quality. We recommend reviewing all files carefully before submitting your DTF gang sheet order.

4. What fabrics and materials work with DTF transfers?

Our DTF transfers adhere to a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and performance materials. DTF printing works well on both light and dark garments, making it a versatile solution for apparel production.

5. What are the recommended heat press settings for DTF transfers?

For best results:

  • Temperature: 300–320°F

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

  • Pressure: Medium to firm

  • Allow to cool slightly before peeling

  • Optional second press for 5 seconds using parchment paper

Following proper press instructions ensures long-lasting, durable DTF prints.

6. How long does it take to process a DTF order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing time begins once payment is confirmed and artwork is received in print-ready format.

7. What are your shipping times and delivery options?

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

8. What is your daily order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off with successful payment authorization are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day.

9. Can I order small quantities or just one design?

Yes. We accept both single-design orders and full DTF gang sheet layouts. Whether you are testing a design or producing in bulk, our DTF printing services support flexible order sizes.

10. Do you offer returns or refunds on DTF orders?

Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheet printing, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only issued if a printing defect occurs as a result of an error on our part. We do not offer refunds for artwork errors, incorrect file submissions, or customer mistakes.
