How to Use the Gang Sheet Builder

Our Gang Sheet Builder makes it easy to upload, arrange, and order your DTF gang sheets in just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to ensure the best results for your DTF printing order.

Step 1: Choose Your Gang Sheet Size

Start by selecting your desired DTF gang sheet size. Gang sheets are typically a fixed width with a custom height. Choose the size that best fits the number of designs you plan to include.

Step 2: Upload Your Artwork

Click the Upload button and add your design files.

Accepted file formats:

  • PNG

  • PDF

Artwork requirements:

  • 300 DPI resolution (required)

  • Transparent background

  • RGB color mode

  • Do not mirror your artwork

  • Avoid very small text (under 8px)

  • Avoid extremely fine details

Step 3: Arrange Designs on the Sheet

Once uploaded, drag and drop your designs onto the gang sheet canvas.

You can:

  • Resize designs

  • Rotate designs

  • Duplicate designs

  • Arrange multiple designs efficiently to reduce wasted space

Make sure designs do not overlap and stay within the printable area.

Step 4: Double-Check Your Layout

Before checkout, carefully review:

  • Design sizes

  • Spelling and alignment

  • Proper spacing between designs

  • Overall layout fit

What you see in the builder is exactly how your DTF gang sheet will print.

Step 5: Add to Cart & Checkout

Once your layout is complete:

  1. Add the gang sheet to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Enter shipping details

  4. Complete payment

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Step 6: Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST may process the same business day

  • Printing begins after payment and file submission are complete

Helpful Tips for Best Results

  • Leave small spacing between designs for easier cutting

  • Keep text and logos at readable sizes

  • Use high-quality original artwork whenever possible

  • If unsure, test with a smaller order first
