1. What is DTF gang sheet printing?
DTF gang sheet printing allows multiple designs to be printed on one sheet, reducing cost and improving efficiency for brands, teams, and resellers.
2. What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG and PDF files with transparent backgrounds. All artwork must be 300 DPI for best print quality.
3. Do you edit or review artwork?
No. We print exactly what is uploaded. Customers are responsible for spelling, sizing, and file quality.
4. What fabrics work with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, and many performance fabrics, on both light and dark garments.
5. What are the heat press settings?
Press at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Post-press for 5 seconds if needed.
6. How long is processing time?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and file submission.
7. What are shipping times?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
8. What is the daily order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
9. Can I order small quantities?
Yes. You can order a single design or a full gang sheet. We support both small and bulk orders.
10. Do you offer refunds or returns?
All DTF orders are custom and final sale. Refunds are only issued for printing errors caused by EMBprint.
